DESCRIPTION:The Library is partnering with Summit County Executive 
 Shapiro's Department of Community Development to provide on-site office 
 hours at the library\, where you may meet one-on­-one with a case manager. 
 The case manager is available from 12-5 on the first Tuesday of the month

 hot water tanks\, insulation\, air sealing)\n	First Home First Loan (down 
 payment assistance) \n	Septic System Replacement\n	Minor Home Repair
