Delsie Moore was born in Charleston, West Virginia,  and raised in Houston, Texas, where her love for storytelling and imagination first took root. A devoted mother and proud grandmother, she finds her greatest joy in spending time with her growing family, especially her amazing grandchildren, who continue to inspire her sense of wonder and creativity. 

Delsie Now resides in Ohio, where she has embraced a new chapter of her life and with it, her long-awaited dream of becoming an author. The Bad Witch marks her official debut, a project fueled by the passion, heart, and the desire to create something memorable for readers of all ages.
