Job & Family Services In-Person

Meet one-on-one with a case manager from the Summit County Job & Family Services.

This program is a partnership with Summit County Department of Job & Family Services. To learn more about the Department of Job & Family Services, click this link. The case manager will be at the Library from 10 AM - 4 PM on the first Tuesday of the month. 

Case managers can assist with:

  • Applying for or renewing cash, food, or medical assistance.
  • Answering case or eligibility questions.
  • Scanning documents and verifications.
  • Making copies of important documents, such as birth certificates, Social Security cards, pay stubs, etc. 
  • Accessing benefit issuance history.
  • Getting additional resources and support services.
