Learn how to present a topic to an audience using Google Slides.

Participants will learn how to research a topic, create a Google Slides presentation, and learn the basics of public speaking. 

Participants will need to have a Google account set up before the program.  The Library will provide laptops for participants to use.

On Wednesday, November 4, participants are invited to share their presentations, and families and friends are encouraged to attend to support our presenters.

During Tuesdays in October, from 11:30-12:30, we will have staff available to help and laptops ready in the Children's Activity Room for participants who would like to work on their presentations.

This program is open to all Homeschool children, and registration is required to ensure we have enough materials for everyone. Register below or contact the Children's Department at (330)745-1194 ext. 1423 or 1424.

Homeschool children between the ages of 7 and 11 are welcome to join us on Tuesday mornings for Homeschool Book Club.  Please contact the Children's Department with any questions or to find out what book we are currently reading. (330)745-1194, ext. 1423 or 1424

The Teen Department offers a book club for ages 12 - 18, during the same time slot, two Tuesdays a month. Check out the teen events or contact the Library for more information.
