Beekeeping Basics In-Person
Learn about backyard beekeeping basics with Tom Laskowski from the Midwest Native Skills Institute. Registration is not required.
If you’ve ever thought about beekeeping as a hobby or lifestyle, or if you just want to learn more about what our local beekeepers do, Tom Laskowski of the Midwest Native Skills Institute will give an introduction and answer questions. From cost and equipment to bees and their care, learn the basics of beekeeping right here at the library. Don’t worry about getting stung; no bees will be present.
