Come and join Chief Magistrate, Steve Elliott as he provides an overview of the services that the Summit County Probate court provides for its residents.

Such as Wills and Estate Administration and the importance of Advanced Directives.  The Court wants to show you how to make plans that best serve you and your family into the future through your planning.

What is Guardianship and will it help my family?  Probate Court is the Superior Guardian of over 2200 people in Summit County.  We can clearly explain the importance and process of a guardianship for adults who need extra care due to a decline in cognitive or physical abilities or those who are developmentally disabled.

He can also share information on marriage licenses, name changes, and adoptions.
