Job and Family Services at the Library In-Person

The Library is partnering with Summit County Department of Job and Family Services to provide on-site office hours at the library, where you may meet one-on­-one with a case manager. The case manager is available from 12-4 on the first Tuesday of the month to assist with: 

  • Applying for, renewing cash, food or medical assistance
  • Case or eligibility questions
  • Scanning documents and verifications
  • Making copies (e.g. birth certificates, Social Security cards, pay stubs, and other legal documents)
  • Benefit issuance history
  • Resources and more
