Department of Community Development at the Library In-Person

The Library is partnering with Summit County Executive Shapiro's Department of Community Development to provide on-site office hours at the library, where you may meet one-on­-one with a case manager. The case manager is available from 12-5 on the first Tuesday of the month to assist with: 

  • Home Weatherization Assistance Program (furances, hot water tanks, insulation, air sealing)
  • First Home First Loan (down payment assistance) 
  • Septic System Replacement
  • Minor Home Repair Program
  • Lead Abatement and Lead Safe Programs
