The Barberton Inn In-Person
The Barberton Inn, one of the most magnificent hotels in northern Ohio, occupied the entire block between Fourth Street NW, Fifth Street NW, Tuscarawas Avenue, and Park Avenue.
Opening in 1895, the Barberton Inn served these visitors, and was the site of many events, including Anna Barber Bevan’s wedding reception. But, the Inn’s success was short-lived, and it was torn down in 1915.
