Department of Community Development at the Library
The Library is partnering with Summit County Executive Shapiro's Department of Community Development to provide on-site office hours at the library, where you may meet one-on-one with a case manager. The case manager is available from 12-5 on the first Tuesday of the month to assist with:
- Home Weatherization Assistance Program (furances, hot water tanks, insulation, air sealing)
- First Home First Loan (down payment assistance)
- Septic System Replacement
- Minor Home Repair Program
- Lead Abatement and Lead Safe Programs
