The Salem Witch Trials In-Person
Learn more about the Salem Witch Trials as Rachel Christ-Doane, Director of Education at the Salem Witch Museum in Salem, Massachusetts, discusses how and why a witch-hunt broke out in Salem in 1692, and why these witch trials were an impactful moment in early American history. She will share images of the sites around Essex County, Massachusetts, with connections to the Salem Witch Trials, including the land where the courthouse, jail, and meeting house once stood, as well as a selection of primary source documents and relevant artifacts.
