Tween Animal Lover Kits & Tutorials Online

Spend the summer enjoying our fine feathered or furry, four legged friends.  Stop by the Library to pick up a new Animal Lover kit each week, while supplies last.  Register below, or contact the Children's Department for Zoom login information and tune in on Thursdays at 3:00 pm for a live presentation or tutorial, with Ms. Sarah.

week of June 14 - Animal ID Tags

week of June 21 - *Decorative Bandana: Design special messages on bandanas using fabric markers and stencils.  Bandanas can be donated to shelter pets to wear at events, helping to promote each animals' adoption. 

week of June 28 - Bird Feeders

week of July 12 - Among Us Pets

week of July 19 - Designer Dog Toys*

*Tweens are free to keep any program creation for their own pets.  However, if they would like to donate their projects, they can receive up to 1 hour of volunteer service credit per program.  The library will drop any project donation off at the Summit County Humane Society.
