Genealogy Club In-Person

The Genealogy Club meets once per month to discuss genealogy. All experience levels are welcome. The meetings often include a short program followed by a discussion and sharing of ideas, resources, and advice. On occasion a member of the group will provide the program for the group.

There is no official "club" to "join". The Club is just a group of people interested in genealogy and sharing knowledge with others. Members are welcome to attend anytime they are able. The Club does not do genealogy or family trees for people.

Seating is limited. You must register to attend. Registration can be done on the Library's website calendar or by calling the Reference Desk at 330-745-1194 x2.

Masks are encouraged and appreciated.

If a webinar or other online tool is used, it will be posted to the Club's Facebook Group. The Club's Facebook site can be found within  is separate from the Library's Facebook site. Occasionally, the program will be streamed on Facebook Live.
